Harvest Conference 2024


Theme: “Why Am I Here?”

“Why am I here?” That is one question philosophers and human beings have sought to answer for centuries. 


At this conference, we want to explore some of the answers that our world and culture suggest, but we will also discover how the Bible has the best answers to this question.

Guest Speaker: Dr. Ben Holloway

Dr. Ben Holloway is Assistant Professor of Philosophy and History of Ideas at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He grew up in England, got his BA at Moody Bible Institute, his MA at Trinity Evangelical Divinity Evangelical School, and PhD at Southeastern. He teaches classes on philosophy of religion, epistemology, philosophy of language, logic, world religions, and philosophy of art, as well as classes on the great books. He is married to Sarah, and they have four children and live in Creedmoor with a dog, a cat, chickens, and ducks. They attend Stony Hill Baptist church where both Ben and Sarah teach Sunday School. Ben’s hobbies include walking with his wife, playing guitar, and enjoying time with his family.
